Returns, Exchanges & Refunds – SIN THEORY

SIN THEORY is a brand owned and operated by Papercraft Lifestyle Private Limited.

We want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

* Wrong product received
* Damaged product
* Manufacturing defect
* Size exchange (subject to stock availability)

To be eligible:

* Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
* Original tags and packaging must be intact
* Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery

Products returned without original packaging or tags may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

* Limited edition drops
* Sale or discounted items
* Products marked as “Final Sale”
* Worn, washed, or damaged products caused after delivery

Please note that slight color variations may occur due to lighting and screen settings.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Email us at support@papercraftlifestyle.com
2. Mention your Order ID and reason for return/exchange
3. Attach clear images if the product is damaged or incorrect

Once approved, our team will arrange a reverse pickup wherever available.

Reverse Pickup

We provide one reverse pickup attempt for approved returns/exchanges.

If the pickup fails due to customer unavailability or unsupported service areas, customers may be required to self-ship the product to our return address.

SIN THEORY is not responsible for packages lost during self-shipping.

Refunds

Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes quality inspection.

* Prepaid orders → refunded to original payment method
* COD orders → refunded via bank transfer or store credit

Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

Shipping charges and COD charges are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

Size exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the requested size is unavailable:

* Store credit may be issued
* Customers may exchange for another product of equal value

If the exchanged product value is higher, the difference must be paid.
